Ingredients


pineapple (small) 1 pc
yogurt 250 ml
mint 5-6 sprigs

Instructions


Step 1

Prepare mint ice for lassé: put a mint leaf in each compartment of an ice mold, fill with clean water and send to the freezer.

Step 2

Peel and dice the pineapple.

Step 3

Blend the pineapple cubes and fresh mint leaves with a blender until bubbly.

Step 4

Pour into a glass, add yogurt and a few mint ice cubes.
