Many kids don't like soup, but we think no one can refuse such an option, especially if the kid makes it with you

Ingredients

BULLION:
chicken fillet
carrot
celery root and stalk
parsley root
green onion
herbs (parsley, dill, thyme, rosemary)
salt, pepper
BATTER:
beet puree
carrot puree
frozen spinach
flour

Instructions

Step 1

The first thing to do is to boil the broth. To do this, peel all the vegetables. Prepare the meat. Add spices and herbs. Pour water and cook until ready. It is better to use everything whole or in large pieces, so that the broth remains transparent.

Step 2

In the meantime, make the colored frets (or one of them). Mix the juices with the flour in separate containers and knead the dough. The dough can be made into galouches, cut into ribbons like pasta, or use molds.

Step 3

When the soup is ready, take out the vegetables, herbs and meat, boil the galushki in the broth. Before serving, chop the meat and vegetables, put them in a plate, pour the broth with colored galouches.

The colored dough will make wonderful colored dumplings, so you can make several dishes at once. You can freeze some of the dough for later.
