Turkish breakfast can be called almost classic. It includes eggs, cheese, vegetables, butter, honey, bread and black tea. Although eggs are cooked a little differently here, they can, of course, and just boiled, but more often fried with sujuk or served with baked yogurt. We decided to make the second variant!

Ingredients

Natural yogurt 200 ml
Garlic 1 clove
Egg 1 egg
Ground paprika
Olive oil
Chives
Salt

Instructions

Step 1

Chop the garlic finely and mix it with the yogurt. Salt a little and pour it into a small fireproof mold. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 C.

Step 2

Prepare the poached egg. To do this, grease a food film with vegetable oil and place it in a bowl. Whisk in the egg and tie tightly. Boil in boiling water for 4-5 minutes.

Step 3

Carefully unwrap the foil and place the egg on top of the baked yogurt.

Step 4

Mix the ground paprika with a little olive oil to make a sauce. Pour it over the egg. Sprinkle the finely chopped chives over the top.
