Apple salad with celery and cheese
This salad can be characterized very briefly - Health. Here and apple, and incredibly useful celery, hard cheese and sour cream. It is quick to prepare, tasty, hearty and healthy.
Ingredients
| green apples 2 pcs. |
| celery root 1/2 pc. |
| hard cheese 100 g |
| lemon juice 1 tbsp. |
| sour cream 2 tbsp. |
| black pepper |
| celery leaves to serve |
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the core from the apples and dice the fruit. Drizzle with lemon juice to prevent the apples from darkening.
Step 2
Cut the peeled celery root and cheese into the same cubes as the apples.
Step 3
Mix the cheese, celery, apples and dress with sour cream.
Step 4
Place celery leaves and lettuce on a plate. Sprinkle with black pepper.
