Today we will cook one of the most famous soups of Italy - minestrone soup. This dish came to us a long time ago straight from Italy, changed a little and immediately became one of the most popular.

tomatoes
rosemary
celery stalk
celery root
bacon
spaghetti
olive oil
grated hard cheese (preferably parmesan)
salt
pepper

Instructions


Step 1

Cut all the vegetables into small cubes. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes. Also chop the bacon and rosemary leaves.

Step 2

Sauté the rosemary, bacon and onion in olive oil. Then add the vegetables. Salt, pepper and fry a little. Pour boiling water. At the end, add the pasta. Before serving, put a handful of cheese in the plate.
