Ingredients


Hanusi cottage cheese 1 kg
sugar 1 cup
eggs 7 pcs
butter 1/2 packet
cream pudding 1 packet
rum flavoring (optional)
semolina 2 tsp.
raisins 100 g

Instructions


Step 1

Line the mold with shortbread dough or cookie dough.

Step 2

Beat the eggs and sugar to form a fluffy mass, add the butter and, while beating, add the curd mixture, pudding, semolina, flavoring and raisins.

Step 3

Pour the mixture into the mold and bake in the oven for 60 minutes at 180 to 200 °C.
