A childhood favorite dessert for tea - quick homemade puff pastry cookies ears with chocolate and nuts
Ingredients
| puff pastry 300 g |
| milk chocolate 100 g |
| milk 3 tbsp. |
| crushed walnuts 100 g |
| wheat flour 20 g |
Instructions
Step 1
Combine the chocolate and milk and melt in a water bath.
Step 2
Roll out the dough on a flour-dusted surface, brush with chocolate, sprinkle with nuts and twist on both sides to the center.
Step 3
Then cut into thin slices, place on a baking tray with parchment and bake for 12-15 minutes at 190 degrees. Bon appetit!
