Step 1
Beat eggs and sugar with a fork. Add kefir, salt and baking soda extinguished with vinegar. Gradually add the flour and knead the dough. Then cover it with a towel and leave it for 20 minutes.
Step 2
After this time, roll out the dough to a thickness of about 4-5 millimeters. Cut into rhomboids and make a longitudinal cut in the middle of each one. Then turn the top corner of each diamond through the hole.
Step 3
Fry the verguns in hot vegetable oil until browned, then place on a paper towel. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
