cream (20%) 100 ml
assorted tomatoes 200 g
garlic 1 clove
basil leaves 10 g
olive oil 40 ml
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Combine the cheese, cream, and black pepper and beat with a blender.

Step 2

Mix the chopped tomatoes with the crushed garlic and salt.

Step 3

Arrange the cheese cream, tomatoes, olive oil and basil leaves on a plate.

Step 4

Serve with croutons, if desired. Enjoy.
