Ingredients
| sour cream (25%) 700 ml |
| powdered sugar 8 tbsp. |
| walnuts 100 g |
| Korovorovka candy 100 g |
| lemon 1/2 pc |
| waffle cones 3 pcs |
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk sour cream with powdered sugar and divide into 3 parts.
Step 2
In one add finely chopped candies Korovka, in the second a little lemon juice and zest. And in the third pre-boiled and peeled from the skin walnuts. In order to quickly peel nuts, they need to be boiled a little. In addition, thanks to this they will become very soft and will be easy to chop.
Step 3
Put the three types of ice cream into containers and place in the freezer for 3-4 hours, stirring the ice cream occasionally with a fork.
Step 4
Place the finished ice cream in waffle cones and garnish with a lemon slice, a candy bar and a nut.
