After all, ginger and chili pepper, for example, have antibacterial and immune-boosting properties, garlic - fights viruses, and vegetables replenish vitamins.

Ingredients


salmon 100 gr
carrots 1/2 pcs
bell pepper 1/2 pc
lemongrass stem 1 pc
sprouted mungbean 2 tbsp.
water 1 liter
cilantro
sea salt
FOR THE SOUP BASE:
chili pepper 1 pc
ginger root 10-12 cm

Instructions


Step 1

Peel the ginger root.

Step 2

Prepare the soup base by chopping the chili peppers and ginger root in a blender. Add 1 tsp of sea salt to the mixture and mix thoroughly. This dressing can be stored in the refrigerator in a jar for 1-2 weeks.

Step 3

Wash, peel and chop carrots and bell peppers. Dice the fresh salmon. Remove the 2 outer leaves from the lemongrass and cut the stem in half and lightly pound with a rolling pin.

Step 4

When the water in the pot starts to boil, add the lemongrass stem. Boil for 3-4 minutes and then add the carrots, bell peppers, 1 tsp of ginger dressing and the salmon cubes. Cook the soup for 8-10 minutes.

Step 5

A few minutes before it is ready take out the lemongrass stem add the sprouted mungbean.

Step 6

Serve the Thai soup hot, garnished with finely chopped cilantro.
