Ingredients


buckwheat flour 4 tbsp.
milk 100 ml
vegetable oil 50 ml
egg 1 pc
salt
For one serving of stuffing you will need:
ham 2 slices
hard cheese 20 g
mushroom 1 pc
egg 1 pc
butter 1 tbsp.

Instructions


Step 1

Sift the buckwheat flour with a pinch of salt into a bowl.

Step 2

Make a depression in the center and beat in the egg. Whisk to combine well.

Step 3

While continuing to whisk, pour in the milk and vegetable oil. Knead a homogeneous batter and fry the pancakes on a preheated griddle.

Step 4

Melt butter in a frying pan. Slice ham, mushrooms and fry until golden.

Step 5

Gently beat a fresh egg into the middle of the pancake, grate some cheese on top and place the pancake under the grill for a few minutes.

Step 6

Place the ham and mushroom filling next to the egg, season with black pepper and serve!
