Step 1
Peel the shrimp from the shell, leaving the tails on. Carefully remove the vein on the back.

Prepare the batter by beating the egg with the flour, a little cold water and ice cubes. Salt to taste.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Dip the shrimp first in the batter and then coat in coconut tortillas. Fry in hot oil until golden.
