Ingredients
| potatoes 3 pcs |
| meat 200 g |
| onion 1 pc |
| carrots 1 pc |
| green peas 20 g |
| bell pepper 80 g |
| cauliflower 200 g |
| broccoli 200 g |
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and chop potatoes, carrots, onions and bell peppers. Cut cabbage into florets.
Step 2
Place potatoes and cabbage in a pot. Fill with water and put on the fire.
Step 3
Prepare minced meat and add chopped onion and seasoning. Form meatballs.
Step 4
When the water boils with potatoes and cabbage, add carrots and bell pepper.
Step 5
After 5 minutes, add the meatballs and green peas. Let simmer for another 3 minutes.
