for dinner - tender potato dumplings with ham, cheese and herbs with cream cheese sauce

Ingredients


potatoes (boiled) 0.5 kg
ham 150 g
egg yolk 2 pcs
hard cheese 100 g
processed cheese "Yantar" 100 g
cream (20%) 150 ml
green onion 10 g
parsley 10 g
dill 10 g
vegetable oil 15 ml
TO TASTE:
salt
black pepper
paprika
nutmeg
dried garlic
oregano

Instructions


Step 1

Grate the potatoes and hard cheese over a coarse grater.

Step 2

Add chopped ham and herbs, yolks, nutmeg, black pepper and salt. Mix well.

Step 3

Form the dumplings, place them on a parchment-lined baking tray, brush with oil and bake at 185 degrees for 15 minutes.

Step 4

For the sauce, combine cream, melted cheese, salt and spices. Bring to a boil.

Step 5

Serve the potato dumplings with the sauce. Bon appetit!
