Step 1

Remove the core from the apples and dice them.

Add the baby spinach leaves and finely chopped celery stalk.

Step 3

Grind the nuts in a coffee grinder and add to the salad along with the mustard seeds.

Step 4

Dress with a little olive oil and sour cream.

Stir, salt and pepper.
